Please be aware of the session times before you make your booking and allow enough time to play before the session ends, as you must then vacate the centre.
If you are a group booking on one QR code the whole group will need to attend and enter at the same time.

 Also, please note we are closed between each session and we are unable to assist you until we reopen.

 

RULES OF PLAY

Here at The Flying Fortress, we take the safety of our visitors very seriously which includes age restrictions on certain apparatus and adult supervision at all times.

We set out our safety guidelines with your best interests in mind to ensure that an enjoyable time is had by all, but if you have any questions, please speak to a member of staff.

By booking online you agree:

• Parents & Guardians are responsible for child supervision.
• No Cameras
• Disruptive or destructive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave
• No food or drink to be brought on to premises
• No food, drink or sharp objects on the frame
• No climbing up the slides
• No smoking in building or foyer areas
• No climbing barriers
• Adults and Children must at all times have socks on
• No over 4's in the toddler area or on the small trampolines
• Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• No chewing gum
• Cabin Crew are not a replacement for child supervision
• Adults play at their own risk
• We advise adults not to take children down the slides on their laps
• Max age for play is 13

In addition to our standard RULES OF PLAY by booking online you agree:

• Socks must be worn at all times.
• All bookings are not transferable and are non-refundable and subject to our terms and conditions.
• No refunds will be given.
• We do not permit the consumption of food & drink unless purchased from Flying Fortress.
• Please note that the sessions will last 4 hours during term time and weekdays & 2.5 hours at weekends and during school holidays.

• We at Flying Fortress are committed to providing a professional and fair service to everyone we work with and to all customers, which is what staff and customers should indeed expect from us. In return, you agree that you will will respect our staff at all times. Please note, we will not tolerate threatening, abusive or violent behaviour at all. Therefore, if we experience any of the above with any customer, either face to face, over the telephone, or in any correspondence, we will be left with no option other than to ask customers to leave our centre with NO REFUND , and if by phone, we will politely terminate the call.
